Anyways that is supposed to be a precaution, now you have whatever you have and I suggest you do see a doctor, because we can't be sure what you really have. Also if it is something fungal or bacterial take it seriously if you won't treat it properly it will not go away just keep on recurring.

Pretty clean and i do take shower every 3 days.

Every three days is not a good hygiene bro, i shower twice in a day(if i go out of the house like university other then once a day) just be hygienic and do consult a doctor skin specialist my cousin had same problem probably because sitting on a leather chair 8 to 9 hours a day and he is fat as f**c, he got some fungal infection because of not proper hygiene but be afraid bro it may grow to be a big complication, just don't be afraid to go to the doctor before it gets too late.

Kenacomb is a cream, available for 60-70 rupees on every medical store.
Its very effective for itching skin and will have no side effects etc.

Dude just freaking take a bath. Your hygiene habits are terrible; bath every third day? Gross.
Not only are you slow but you stink as well.
You dont need a doctor, you just need to bathe frequently.

@OP PLZ take it seriously go to a skin specialist and get ur self checked cuz if its fungal then u must take medicines until doctor asks u to stop.U will be good in around 6-8 weeks.

Usually he will give u an anti-fungal cream,steroids and fluconazole and plzz plzz dont use the medicines without consulting the doctor....

The major problem with fungal infection is it can return at any point of time with even greater resistance to drugs....Godspeed to dermatologist and GOOD LUCK!
