I'm on my way to degree completion of Bs in computer science
Now for higher studies I am opting for Ms program. But I can't decide between computer science and computer engineering. The industrial value for both programmes.
So anyone doing one of these degrees or has completed it, please give your opinion and a bit introduction whats its about, difficulties if any

Depends on what do YOU want to do. I always tell people don't run after the thing that has more value, do what you are interested in. This will guarantee, you complete the thing you started and not leave it midway.
Computer Science, well you already know about it. Computer Engg. is more towards the hardware side of things and how chips etc are made.

Never go for a degree by looking at its outside benefits. Go for what you think you like. Also MS is a very different kind of degree and not like Bachelor degree at all. In MS, your subjects are mostly like Bachelor subjects, the only difference is that in MS you also have to write a Thesis that is very different than writing a FYP Report. MS is a research degree so you have to work in the research field. I think if your current degree is CS you should stick with it but it depends upon your choice. do take a look at some of the CE and CS Journals to have a better idea about research topics in CE and CS

thank you both of you. Yes, the MS will be focusing on thesis so I guess sticking to the CS is better choice
Also if you are doing it from abroad you can also do Masters in a specific area of CS. There are different kinds of masters.
MCS will just be general CS subjects as in BS but with more detail. That's a lot harder I guess.

If you have a preferred field like NLP, Computer Graphics, etc. you can find universities offering masters that provide this area to pursue and then most of the courses will be of that area.
Haven't seen this sort of option in Pakistan tho.

It depends on your Interest also and I think you should take admission In MS(CS) because your bachelors is in the CS and you should take away in MS as well, But in the end, you knows better what is suitable for you we just give you advice.
