Will customs try and get money out of my 27'' monitor by saying it's a TV?

My power supply is 750w. How do I make sure it doesn't get damaged by any fluctuations. What combination of UPS+ stabilizer do I need to maintain my monitor+gaming pc? How much will it cost in RS?

Monitor will be fine. No charges.

Monitor is not a TV .there is no custom duty on it . Keep it either packed in its original cover or keep the original receipt with you . 7 years ago I had bought my LG LCD monitor along with me from France .aid zero money after convincing custom officials .
I have never kept my monitor on stabilizer or ups . .nothing has happened to it in these 7 years . Just install fuse and power surge protector in your home electricity box .

You'd probably be better of selling your PC at home and buying a new one in Pakistan. Most things are available here.

As for power supply fluctuations any computer UPS will suffice. They all have voltage regulation built in these days. It's called AVR. An 800va-1kva one will be enough for your needs:

Pk has 220-240V , so if its 110 V then yes you would need some sort of converter

and customs wouldnt ask for anything, if its for personal use and in low quantity..i.e 1 or 2..

i dont know what are the specs of your pc better sell your stuff there and get new pc here i dont know how the stuff gonna be treated during loading and unloading and if you have boxes for all the stuff motherboard cpu gpu power supply then they may survive the journey

most power supplies have the rating of 110v-230v 240v so it will be fine for low voltage mostly in summer

Yes it'll work for both. Computer UPS do not provide long backup time. They are designed to protect your computer from short term voltage changes and to provide just enough time to save files and shutdown the PC in the event of a mains powerloss. So let's say 10-15 minutes backup time.

For long backup time look at home inverters and generators once you get to Pakistan. Home inverters are also called UPS here but they have a different purpose than a computer UPS. Home inverters usually can't switch to backup power quick enough to keep a computer running uninterrupted, they don't have an internal battery but instead are designed to work with external batteries and they may not have AVR either. Home inverters/ups are for the entire house not for individual appliances. Usually they are combined with cheap lead acid batteries that are not safe to use indoors. So they are placed outdoors.

Most Power Supplies cover both ends, 110v and 240v, there should be no problem with that. However, we still don't know about his PSU's model. OP needs to check specifications on the box and psu label.

Depending on your power supply, the fluctuations can be easily handled. A premium power supply almost never gets compromised by anything like that. Any damage will never be transferred to other components, that's something covered under standard set of protections.

I have used good PSUs under such conditions and they even give some momentary cover in case of fluctuations. The premium ones even offer voltage stabilization in very low voltage scenarios. I had seen the low voltage scenario many times due to a Pakistani non-standard UPS with no low voltage cut off, bad regulation, harmonics and noise. My premium PSU conquers them all with precision. It was an investment I laud even now, though it took quite a lot to actually spend the 17k at that time on just a 750W PSU.
