menu keys light not working on j7 prime

i bought new samsung galaxy j7 prime last night.at that time everything was ok but from night what i found the menu keys around home button have no led in it means they are not glowing.when i checked at shop they were ok but not now
i tried evreything but no go any idea whats wrong here?

Dial *#0*# and do a HW test on most functions.

Make sure Power Saving mode isn't enabled. (That disabled capacitive buttons backlight)

Download this app and fiddle around with it, if the buttons turn on, it'll at least tell you that it's not a hardware issue.

J5 doesnt have key lights, I think J7 is same as well.

This is J7 Prime. OP claims he saw the keys light up in the shop when he bought the device.

Hardware issue, I came across this thread on another forum.

There's this line that the user posted:

J7 prime no super amoled pannel no auto brightness backlit key dont lite up

So either Samsung didn't include back-lit keys, or it's a hardware issue with the J7 Prime that his affected this guy too.

J7 prime does not have back lit capacitative buttons. Checkout phone reviews on youtube which will confirm this. Don't know how OP saw backlit buttons when the phone does not have any.
