Lost by Bf1, Need advice

SO, i bought a bf 1 account from here about 2-3 weeks ago ..it was cheap so i thought i should buy it ..The transaction went smooth ,he gave me the id and pass and answer to secret question as well i easy paisa him the money, changed the details and started downloading the game it was about 57 gb and my internet is not very quick ...After downloading about 40%, origin update came and i updated the client ,after that i was unable to login on client as well as in browser .... i tried that forgot password options but didn't received any kind of mail of EA ..At that moment i knew something was wrong, i tried to change the password on my old Origin account and got mail from Ea with in seconds. SO there was no bug in servers. After trying to find a way to login in my account i came across this forum.

Tried the above steps and the password was reseted but when i login into that account everything was gone No points,No friends ,NO BF1...puff gone....Now i don't know where my game is gone ...Or someone cracked/hacked this account and changed the Details

Can someone help me here. How many options do i have now .Tried contacting EA support ,No call option available here ,tried chatting option no luck ..

actually selling ur account is not allowed by E.A..it is written in agreement that any type of selling,sharing ur account is not allowed,u can be banned permanently...
