Log in Issue and feedback

Hello Everyone,
Purpose of this thread is to share the log in issue I was facing from a few days. Tried all kind of passwords that crossed my mind however with no success. How I was able to log in again will be the second part of this thread but I noticed that the passes don't work if trying to login from browser of an android mobile. That's what I was doing wrong and issue that needs to be resolved.
The last resort was contacting some moderator to help me out. I sent messages to a few and succeeded in getting response from "nafu". At one time or another one has to contact mods for some reason and it wasn't my first that I did. Can't say that all the experiences were alike and I understand it given the number of users. But I must say I was impressed by his response time, interest to help a user, support and professionalism; if I may use the word.
I have also been following the restructuring that recently took place on PG. Being a proponent of change, the new moderators have added to the flavor that may have previously been missing. I hope him to be a model to be followed by everyone else.

Nafu and help? Kia keh rahay ho bhai ? God forgive but I never noticed/experienced a timely response from him in a hardware and technical section where he belongs to. + he has no idea about abc of the database issues and just suggesting different tricks. If you get into any serious problem about login etc ask inferno and he is only person well versed with all knots of this website. Moderators are only capable to delete posts and threat users who do not salute them daily.
