if u r banned then there's no way to unbanned and if ur not banned then u need a new console that was not modified.

u can't even play pirated games on modified console if u want to use live service.

Didn't Commodore4eva say that only the pirated games that are stealth patched will be playable while the ones that aren't won't even boot? I hope that's the case, cuz if it isn't then there's probably not much use of modding the console

Tommorow!....that's great!....but then, I suppose everyone who has already logged on to Live with their modded console will need to trade it in for a brand new 360 and then get it modded with this new firmware

I hope they figure out a way to go online for the existing 360 hackers

About six months ago a guy on another forum said that it would be better to have two consoles. One to play offline with pirated games. Second one to play online that is not modded. Personally if I had the dough I did an original 360 just to play Halo 3 online.
