[SOLVED] LG v20 IMEI Issue

Salam Guys!

Yesterday a friend of mine brought a phone LG v20! which he said its from Dubai. It has a weird issue! its IMEI is changed somehow! and it dont accept any sim card. When I put the sim card in it! it shows the sim tool kit app, but no network no signals. I tried to unlock the boot loader and flashed the Stock ATT rom on it! but it didnt help.

I checked the IMEI which phone display in its settings, online that IMEI is from a LG V10, and when I removed the battery and checked the IMEI on its sticker Its different and its from LG V20.

Anyone have some idea how I can recover its IMEI and make the sim work?

It was probably a stolen phone, original IMEI was blacklisted as a result of that, and the previous owner changed the IMEI.

Now, due to DIRBS, the current and previous IMEI will probably not be in PTAs database if the phone hasn't been used in Pakistan before.

In which case, nothing much you can do.

I manage to recover its IMEI, There was a post on XDA and I have checked its IMEI for blacklist, http://www.imeipro.info this website shows its clean.
but still the Service status is disable and Radio status is OFF

I have no clue its PTA or its some sort of software issue!!
