I have a Lenovo Legion 5, it has a charging problem. It does not charge the battery, battery and charger itself is fine because I have checked both of those by replacing both of them with another laptop.

I bought this laptop from Germany, and I now have two options, either send it back there for a warranty claim, which I can because my friends usually travel from there. I have also talked with Lenovo support, they said it can be repaired.

Another option is to repair it from Pakistan.

The reason why I do not want to go for Pakistan or want to go on the difficult path of sending and receiving a laptop from Germany is that I do not know if I can trust a Pakistani repair guy. I have heard bad stories and how they are not trained to repair laptops.

In Germany's case I think it is going to cost me at least 5K PKRS and in Pakistan's case I think is going to cost me somewhat around 3K-10K

What do you think and do you guys have any experience with both of these options?

Even if you have an experience with Lenovo support internationally?
