would recommmend hp probook 450 , i am using hp probook 450 G2 , dell 5000 is in refurbished condition from everywhere . but what i must say annoying about hp probook 450 is its mouse touch pad, i have used so many laptops but this time the not so smooth touch pad is only with my hp probook 450 synaptics ..... but no heating issues at all

Guys I need some help here. Are used laptops any good ? I'm looking for some good ones with dedicated graphics cards like the GT840 (eg
[h=3]Acer Aspire V3-572G-54S6 ) in Lahore.Anyone know what price I can find them in and I also have a probook 4530s that I want to sell so what would be its estimated value in the market ?? Oh and I found a link where they say that the acer laptop is around 60k in the market so I reckon the price would be a little lower than that in used case right ???

Need buying advice for a gaming laptop

Budget: Max 100k
Screen: 15.6" doesnt need to be FHD etc
Processor: i7 2.4Ghz min. i5 is also ok
Ram: 8gb min (16 gb preferred)
Graphic card: 2gb Nvidia card (4gb preferred) no ATI cards please
SSD: Not required
Condition: New (used is a no-go unless there's nothing fitting my budget and specification)

I prefer the brand to be HP or Lenovo. I hate Dell so wont even consider that . (actually after having a look at dell 7559 i'm willing to consider dell as well)

Can someone please guide me regarding this? I'm really confused which laptop i should go for

Edit: Okey i bought Dell i7559 :)

Need Laptop buying advice for HD Media Playing, Gaming and working with softwares like Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D.

Max budget 100k

Laptop Preferences
Please don't suggest MAC
Processor:- Core i7
HDD:- SSD is not required as I prefer more storage over SSD
RAM:- The more it is the better it will be
GPU:- If possible ATI is better else Nvidia will also work
Screen:- Touch Screen not required
Windows:- Pre-installed/legitimate windows not required but hardware should be at least Windows 7 compatible

Regards

This basic setup can go from anywhere around 80-90k,you are looking for a new one or used?
Ram : 12 gigs or above
Cpu : i7 4700mq or above
Gpu :I would suggest going with gtx 850m or above
Display : minimum 1080p
Storage : 1tb 7200rpm +128gigs ssd
HP and Dell have a few offerings in this range, both 15in and 17in models, at the end it all comes down to personal preference, you can get a good used alienware as well in this range

Have used inspiron 7559 i7 6th gen with Uhd display and alienware 15r2 i5 in these days, both felt quite snappy to me, both go for around 1lakh 10-15 if you can increase your budget by a bit

wait for a few months maybe ? their prices will come to around 1 lakh , both are really solid devices , specially the inspiron 7559, or get one imported from amazon the only current laptop that i have in mind is the lenovo ideapad y700 with i7-6700HQ cpu and AMD Radeon R9 M375 gpu , the gpu is around the average side , not very good tbh, try looking for 4th gen HP envy 15s with i7 , they come with i7 47xx series and have reasonable gpus , they may be available for around 70-80k now i think

80K is a good amount to invest. You can visit Hafeez Centre but the main problem is to differentiate between Refurbished machines. Only few trusted sellers are selling brand new machine. So you have to be careful while buying one.

I can recommend two models. In 5th Gen you can look for Dell Inspiron 7548 ( Price around 70.7K). Specs:

Spoiler: show
Processor
Intel Core i7-5500U 2.4 GHz (Intel Core i7)

Graphics adapter
AMD Radeon R7 M270 - 4096 MB, Core: 725-825 MHz, Memory: 900 MHz, DDR3, Catalyst Omega 14.12 (14.501.1003.0), Enduro

Memory
16384 MB, DDR3-1600, Dual-Channel, two memory slots (both occupied)

Display
15.6 inch 16:9, 3840x2160 pixel, capacitive, 10 point multi-touch, Samsung, IPS, glossy: yes

Mainboard
Intel Broadwell-U PCH-LP (Premium)

Storage
Liteon IT LCS-256L9S-11, 256 GB , 200 GB free

Weight
2.1 kg ( = 74.08 oz / 4.63 pounds), Power Supply: 343 g ( = 12.1 oz / 0.76 pounds)

In 6th Gen Acer Aspire V5 591G. Price will be round about 80K. Specs:

Spoiler: show
Processor
Intel Core i7-6700HQ 2.6 GHz (Intel Core i7)

Graphics adapter
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M - 4096 MB, Core: 993-1124 MHz, Memory: 1000 MHz, DDR3, 128-bit, ForceWare 359.06 (10.18.13.5906), Optimus

Memory
8192 MB , DDR4-2133, dual channel, two RAM slots (both occupied)

Display
15.6 inch 16:9, 1920x1080 pixel, ChiMei N156HGE-EAL, TN LED, glossy: no

Mainboard
Intel HM170 (Skylake PCH-H)

Storage
Toshiba MQ02ABF050H (SSHD 500 + 8 GB), 500 GB , + free M.2 slot (2280), 420 GB free

Weight 5.29 lbs.

Be aware RAM and HDD space can vary and the prices also. Less RAM or HDD means more cheap laptop. You can always adjust the laptop price according to components.

Can you tell me where to buy this acer laptop you listed ? Are you sure I will get it for under 80k ?
