[SOLVED] Just got a nexus 4 and having issues :(

AOA everyone
I just got nexus 4 and don't know whats happening with me
My nexus 4 speaker, earphone and mic works with viber/LINE/skype/whatsapp.
But nothing works with cellular call, all three things mic/earphone/speaker get disabled while regular cellular call.
What to do ?

Its currently on cyanogenmod 11...dont know the specific ROM or whatsoever....but its 4.4.4 android.

i know absolutely nothing about flashing/getting back to stock. removing this cyanogenmood.
please help me.
And better give me a step by step tutorial for solving my problem and removing this cyanogenmode.
i hope reverting back to official factory settings might solve the issue of speaker/mic/earphone.

If a user is running GApps as well, following this update procedure will not flash the GApps automatically. You'll have to flash an (preferably updated) GApps package manually.

huh i never had to manually update gapps when updating cyanogenmod from the built in updater. and yeah i forgot about lollipop just flash the stock lollipop onto it... really easy process...

P.S. any idea when my moto g xt1033 will get lollipop ;_;

I am running the Brazilian release of lollipop on my moto g xt 1033. couldn't wait for the indian release.

Nah, it's just one time headache when you frist flash the ROM, once you agree to Google TOS you're done.

meh i'm still going to wait for the asia retail version...

If and when you get it, please let me know. I'm waiting too, have 3 XT1033's at my house but none have the update and I'm too lazy to convert the region to Brazil.

i have successfully flashed the factory launched android 5.0
After the reboot i got the official 5.0.1 update....updated it as well.

Right now the things are working ... my main issue was the disability of mic, earphone and speaker during cellular call. its working right now.
Lets see for few days if the issue rises or not...testing period. hope everything goes smooth now on official 5.0.1

That could be the case with CM, but at least with Paranoid Android you can update GApps as well with it's builtin updater. GApps are flashed manually due to licensing restrictions, once a user agrees with their TOS, you're free to backup/restore/update/uninstall without any problem.

as i said... i used to update every single nightley build of cyanogenmod on my moto g... never did i have to flash gapps again after updating from the updater built into the rom

Everything working fine since i moved to official stock system.
