Job Description
-Use industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, our value proposition for buyers and sellers, and dynamics within the vertical
-Drive performance of Kaymu sellers through shop consultation, strong customer service and negotiation of deals
-Management and optimization of seller performance on the platform
-Analysis of market trends and an ability to benchmark price points across multiple categories from both online and offline competitors
-Clear communication and understanding of the value proposition of selling online
-Strong focus on the importance of best-in-class Customer Service
-Management and development of a retailer management tool
-Regular reporting and focus on key KPIs to ensure quick results and personal development
-Act as liaison with different sales departments and provide seller and competitor consultation as required
Profile Requirements
-Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience
-2+ years sales experience preferable Strong communication skills and confident disposition, team player
-Ability to thrive in a high energy, dynamic environment
-Analytical ability and comfort with numbers
-Proficiency in use of MS Office tools (especially excel)
-Previous experience in retail/consumer industries preferred
-Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives
-Fun, energetic and collaborative personality
-Looking for someone who can push aggressively for results while helping create a great work environment
