I think that the easiest way to transport shit like this is to have surgery and implant it within the body inside silicon bags. But this was a decent move by the man. Good thing that he was careless with it cuz thats how the K9 smelled it.

Yeah they have very high sense of smell, especially trained ones.

But if put inside silicon bags and then surgically implanted in the body, I don't think anyone would be able to detect it. Who knows maybe thousands of druggies do this and are not caught...
