I ordered an iPhone xs max from them on 9th October, at the time it was in stock and the dollar hadn’t hiked. They’ve put it on hold from the get go, and any attempts in trying to contact them have failed. I’ve tried Facebook, no response, their website, no response. I called them and they pick up and put the phone aside so your on hold for an infinite amount of time and you can LITERALLY HEAR THEM TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE. I understand the dollar price hikes and I’m willing to pay more but they just don’t respond
