I ordered an iPhone xs max from them on 9th October, at the time it was in stock and the dollar hadn’t hiked. They’ve put it on hold from the get go, and any attempts in trying to contact them have failed. I’ve tried Facebook, no response, their website, no response. I called them and they pick up and put the phone aside so your on hold for an infinite amount of time and you can LITERALLY HEAR THEM TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE. I understand the dollar price hikes and I’m willing to pay more but they just don’t respond

Buy from market. Ishopping has recently increased prices of all their cell phones.
Once i ordered a phone from ishopping and it took a week. Meanwhile they reduced the price by 5k. I refused to accept the COD so they agreed to refund 5k.

Similar to Daraz they are dependant on the supplier for delivery of orders. Maybe the fone wasn't in physical stock. It's a common practice by Online retailers that their virtual and physical stock always vary. Probably that's the reason behind poor customer support (they were probably communicating about delivery to the supplier)

I have a similar experience recently, Ordered AnkerSoundCore2 Speakers. After straight 7 days, I have to manually confirm the order on Whatsapp, still, there was no clue of delivery, I contacted their customer support on Chat & WhatsApp & they were responsive & ended up canceling the order & bought straight from Aliexpress.

well this happens, they show something is in stock but in reality its out of stock, so i always first confirm with them if its in stock before placing the order.

They have a habit of doing that I ordered some coffee beans from them a while ago they sent me a lamp. :laugh1::laugh1:
It took me 3 days of torment to explain they jumbled my order with someone else thankfully i was rerouted to someone else over there He quickly sent me my refund. Never using them again. And as far as i can remember for orders above 5k they took some amount of advance.
