Is YouTube working for anyone? After the announcement

Few days back a resolution for passed in National Assembly to restore YouTube in Pakistan.
It still working for me on PTCL BB and PTCL EVO CLOUD.
Is YouTube working for any one else?

This is 3rd (or 4th!?) thread you have created for YouTube, and each and every time i told you to use the existing one, and use Search Feature before making another one.

How many times do i want to tell you the same thing? Please, enlighten me.
