is there limit on PTCL 4MB Unlimited Package?

I am about to cross 300gb on my Ptcl dsl connection and I have 4mb unlimited package.

The problem is that I heard that if I cross 300gb than there will be fine of 5k or 1k? Is it true?.

and My bill shows that I have 5mb package now but I have speed of 4mb.



Mod do not know where to post and do not know this has questioned already.
