Is MsCS worth it after BSCS

Does doing MsCS stand for any additional benefits above BSCS or is it worthless in Pakistan, If u do BSCS from a good university like Fast, Nust, ITU then is MSCS worth it or should you get job experience instead

If you aim to work in a normal software house after doing BSCS then it's not worth it imo. Most MSCS people here would prefer teaching, as it opens up a door for you to be a lecturer at Universities. Other than that I don't think masters is worth here in Pak. If you are aiming to go towards research side, go abroad and work in big companies at more senior posts then it can come in handy.
