Am bringing in a monitor from US and just wanted to ask whether I would face any issues here at customs? Or am I liable to pay for any sort of custom fee?

Personal Carry, no issues.

Would prefer if you unbox it and bring it in your suitcase if it can fit.

I tried unboxing and stuffing it in my luggage, but am already filled to the brim and the monitor wouldn't fit in any of the suitcases. So what I understand is that I don't have to worry about any customs duty right?

can someone please advise if anyone coming from states can carry a single new/refurbished cellfone? is it allowed legally and will have no issues while at customs?

Yes it is allowed. AFAIK around 5 cellphones per person is allowed as a gift.

I want to import a few things from US so want to ask a few questions regarding this.
1) which service to use (like myus or stackry)
2) i want to import ext.hdd, amazon fire tv stick, ps4 games so what will be cost of customs
3) which transporter to use (like dhl or fedex etc)
quick reply would be helpful because blackfriday is right around the corner XD
