Getting laptop shipped

A relative of mine is going to ship a laptop from Canada.
Now the question is will duty be applied to this? I heard that duty on gifts isn't applied.

I bought ps4 from a person on a forum who shipped it using usps.So do I have to pay any tax and approx how much percent in total? If so is there any way to avoid the charges?

Customs duty on speaker parts?

I need to get some speaker parts (2 x 5" drivers) shipped to me from UK. The manufacturer is willing to ship to my Karachi address. I can choose regular airmail or courier if I pay a considerable premium. Can someone please tell me what is the best way to go about this and make sure everything goes smoothly, including with Pakistan customs? Do they/will they charge duty on electronic components like speaker parts? If so how much should I expect them to charge? How long does the process take? Can I be assured that my item will in fact be delivered to me?

Is it due to EID that things are delayed???

I'm awaiting a couple of parcels, each weighs less than 2KG, containing table tennis rubbers and rackets in them.
The seller shipped it out through their local post, Estonian Post Service on the 22nd Sep, and I have yet to received the packages.

I havent received my package nor any letter from pakistan post.The shipping was supposed to be delivered yesterday or today since the shipping speed was 3-5 days international priority.But no news.HERE IS TRACKING OF USPS:
