[SOLVED] Incorrect Trade score

My total positive feedback's are 30 while PG trade score is stuck at 27. Can any staff member please fix this?

Can a member also look into this http://www.pakgamers.com/forums/members/brock/ , he gave me a negative score , I haven't even dealt with him. I did report but don't know who is currently the marketplace mod.

@NajeebUllah bro ur trade score is just fine.. you can only get 1 trade score counted from a single pg member.. so if a member deals twice or more times with you and gives u feedback then it will be counted as 1 and will not be added to the actual trade score.. but it will be shown as counted in total feedback score .. i hope its clear

multiple trader scores from one user are only counted as one. ur score is fine.

If you deal with the same member twice, you don't get an additional score, however, you have an increment in the total positive feedback. As far as I can see, there is no issue with the system.

Oh Ok. I have some regular customers and it would have been better had I received trade scores for every separate deal. But anyway, thanks for clearing it out.

See it this way, your trader score is analogous to someone recommending a place, lets say a pizza place.

I may go to the pizza place every third day, because I absolutely love it. However, when I recommend it to someone, they consider it as one person recommending the place, right? So, 30 different people who may have gone there more than once each, recommend it to me, to me, it's 30 recommendations even though they've all had positive experienced say, 100 times courtesy that one place.
