I DONT know a thing about how should I proceed....... Everyone here is answering like a pro, most of the answers are going above my head XD. Yaar simple btado k second year k baad kia aur kahan se karun. My interests are NOW in Android Game Programming.

Go for Bachelors in Computer Science aka BSCS from a good University AFTER your 2nd year. The list of those universities are already in Sold Link's answer.

For now you can start learning basic programming or if you want to practice PS/Illustrator do that. Lemme requote myself again.

As to what you should start, ask this yourself. First of all start by googling all these terms, 3D modeling, animation and get a feel as to how these are done. You'll get a pretty good introduction from wikipedia pages.

Are you interested in using softwares like Photoshop Illustrator? If so start practicing by creating character designs in them. There are a shitload of youtube tutorials for that. This is for 2D games.
Are you interested in how characters and other models like furniture,trees etc get created in 3D games. Start by learning 3DS Max/Maya. Again plenty of tutorials available.
Are you interested in how animation is done, for 3D again 3DS Max and Maya are the softwares you should look at. For 2D there can be photoshop or more sophisticated like Dragonbones.

If you have decided to pursue BSCS and wanna try a hand at programming. Try the link puppet gave you. Other than that there is a book named "C Sharp Yellow Book by Rob Miles" which is pretty good for new comers. I started programming with this book as well and it does a good job to give an overview.

Agaar apka jawab han ha to ap scripting karskte han, game logic par kam karskte han aur bhi bohot sari cheezun par kam hoskta ha....aur agar ap ko ye mehsoos ho k programming me apki grip nahi magar ap ka dil phr bhi game development karna pasand karta ha to phir aap 3D/2D model development karskte han, Animations karskte, 2D/3D graphics par kam karskte han jo k non-programming hoti ha, hamari recommended book apke liye ha "C Sharp Yellow Book by Rob Miles". Agar apko book se parhne me mushkil paish arae ha to ap youtube par b tutorials follow karskte han wahan par bhi bohot ache se programming sikhae jati ha...uske ilawa bhi agar programming ya CS se releated koi bhi question ho to ap zaroor pouchiye hum jawab denge.... Magar barae meherbani bar bar eak hi sawal mat dohrahiye aur ye na kahen k hum jawab nai derae... apko 2 din me best suggestions mil chuke han ab tk aur forum par mojood is field k har behtareen shakhs ne bohot behtareen guide kia ha apko...jawabun ko tafseel se parhiye na k dubara eak hi sawal ko bar bar pouchiye...

People told you the names of the universities. You can't be spoon fed all your life. MOVE your ass and search the university websites for the fee structures. LEARN to FIND things.

Since you are in 2nd year bro I wana know something... Mathematics me Sequence and series, Probability, Binomial Induction wala chapter karrae ho ya drop karrae ho? Furthermore are you comfortable with geometrical stuff like Equations of straight lines, hyperbola, parabola and what about integrals and differentials?
