i think i got scammed by a pakistan web hosting site PLEASE HELP

Okay so almost 1 week ago i went to hosterpk to buy a domain and i selected their plan 1 i chose jazzcash voucher as a payment method and a voucher was generated and it was valid for 1 week so 2 days ago i went to a local jazz cash agent and i paid the voucher so when i came and filled the payment forum on hosterpk and submitted it, few hours later i get a reply that my payment is invalid and they didn't receive my payment and asked to pay again so i sent them ss of voucher and the msg of the payment i received with transaction id and they said they checked it with their jazz system and they didn't receive my payment and then they told me that few days ago they disabled jazzcash voucher payment because they were having some issues so i went to local jazzcash agent and i called jazzcash support and both told me that the payment is done and its gone and i can't reverse it because it was paid as a utility bill payment so only the company who received the payment can reverse it so i contacted hosterpk again and they again told that they didn't receive my payment and whenever they run my transaction id through their system it gives them an error and it shows that my payment is invalid now the question is i don't know if they are telling me the truth or not and they kept saying that if i am in a hurry i can purchase a domain from them again and if they receive my old payment they will refund it and i said i can't do that because of my this experience and i would rather wait and see if this gets resolved so i called jazzcash support again and they told me that there are some issues going on regarding payments so this might be one of those issues and it will be resolved by sunday so i was like okay and i called jazzcash again today to confirm and another agent told me that my payment is done and the amount i sent is received by the company because it shows completed status on their end and not an active one so if it was active it means the payment is still in process but it shows completed so it means it's done. i am really confused here why is this happening my friends and peers bought website from hosterpk and they never had this issues but it only happened to me i am not sure what is really happening can anyone here help me ?

What's the issue, they already acknowledged the payment?

My payments regularly get stuck, sometimes for over 10 days.
