Frankly i suck at dot-a but i really like all mods od rts games and i aslo liked warcraft 3 so yeah i wanna learn how to play so can any one give me some pointers cause i get owned hard i know how to play but get my ass kiked cause i dun know what recipes to make for what heroes so what hero should a i take and what recipes should i make for him>???????? help urgent

well its kind of difficult to explain as i don't remember the name of objects i just remember their icons, desolator/major should be able to help you.
One piece of advice its better to use ranged heroes when you are new to dota

I never played the WOW so can't say a thing but i want to play the game and spectre7 and lordi can u tell me wat is the requiremnt of hte game?i mean how fast internet is required,an orignal key is ruired or a pirated one alos works?

Major can help you out in DotA..as he is a big @ss therki DotA gamer (lol..daily khelta hai..) I will ask him to give U some pointers..

The basic idea of the game is that you need to destroy the enemy towers proteting their main base, and then need to rush into the enemy base while keep your hero alive..improving his powers etc..

As far as the recipes concern I think once major posted a guide about it..as there are tonz of them...

Take a ranged hero, learn the keyboard shortcuts to the special moves and stick close to an experienced hero.

well the shadow fiend kind of sucks, the lich king would be a better option

lich =| that dried up skeleton =| pliss man never more get +2 damange for each kill thats why i play with him and not hero kills but also creep kills he gets +2 damage

I have played only dota only a couple of times but then stopped playing it cause i felt my cs was getting down because of that! Neways, i thought lucifer was the best as the undead and the archer as the night elf! Lucifer with the sacred relic and radiance is a kick ass combination!
