How do I open my software house nd get clients international

Dear PG Brothers how are you ?? I need to ask what business could be done in pakistan to penetrate international market.

Can I open software house without my knowledge of programming ?
can I learn programming whats its scope or recommend something better?

I am confused in what business to do or skill to learn

please if any mentor can help here

Running a Software with out knowledge of Programming is very bad idea.

i think if you dont have CS background or if you dont have basic idea of projects and their requirements in terms of their schedule etc its not really a good idea to start a software house. You need at least one dependable person who have such knowledge.

There's tons of stuff online. You should begin programming by learning python.
Automate the boring stuff with python by Albert Sweigart is a must read book for starting off with python programming.
There is a series on udemy called " Complete python bootcamp: Go from zero to hero"
You can also check code academy for online tutorials.

if your brother is doing masters in CS and can help you in future with this stuff than you can start software business but before starting, you need to sort these things:
first of all if you want to open a software house, you should have very good management skills. managing developers, clients, etc is not a straight forward task. Moreover, if you don't have any idea about project costs or time estimate its not possible to manage software house.
secondly there are two kinds of software houses, first those who work for particular fixed clients who give them regular projects or in fact own their software houses. this approach is good because this way you don't have to look for the projects and just need to manage developers, etc. Second are those software houses that have a team of developers and take projects from individual clients locally or through freelancer sites, sometimes these software houses can easily earn more money but its hard to manage such software houses specially if you don't have good projects on hand.

Another option for you can be to think about a business like starting a Google Play Store Account for games, then either hire developers locally or get from freelancer and they will do all the development work while you can manage the account and earnings. but this process can take 1-2 years before you can start earning handsome amount or you may end up closing your software house prematurely.
