Want To Buy Help needed regarding building a PC

I'm planning to build a PC for gaming purpose. Stuck between two options. Should i build Ryzen 5 3600 with B550 motherboard or build i5 10400f/i5 11400f with b560 motherboard.
Pros and cons of both builds?
Seen Ryzen 5 3600 heating problems, also do they come up with warranty

Hardware i already have: EVGA GTX 1060 3GB (will upgrade upon normalization of prices), Cooler Master H410R(cpu cooler), Cooler Master 550Watt gold rated power supply, storage

Hardware to buy: Processor/Mobo/RAM (will buy 16 gigs) & Case(in range of10k~13k)

11400f is the fastest between those and supports higher ram frequentcies unlike the 10400f. A 3600 is a bit too old to recommend if you want to go ryzen, go for the latest 5600x

In terms of performance, you're basically seeing the same FPS/Rates on both of these systems.

I would recommend going Intel because of higher ram freq which should benefit you in the future games in the long run.

But with Ryzen, you have the option to buy the used parts in the future if shit ever hits the fan. (They are available in huge abundance)

And with intel, if your mobo dies during a generational gap, then grabbing another one could be a pain.
So cost-effectively, i'd go with ryzen since you can upgrade to a 5600X down the lane as well without having to change mobo.
