4900HS = 8 Core CPU 35W
11370H = 4 Core CPU 28W

From all the benchmarks on the web, 4900HS has higher performance than 11370H in multi core benchmarks, has higher OC headroom, is better suited for High End GPUs to avoid CPU bottleneck.

5900HS is already out, and it's a good step up from 4900HS, not just a minor refresh.

GPU side of the comparison is straightforward; 3060 trumps 2060.

So I guess if you can find a 5900HS with 3060 that would be ideal, but IF it has to be out of these two options ONLY and since your main work is "EDITING", higher performing multi core CPU takes priority over GPU, go with the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401.

Hope it helps, best of luck.
