Help in calculation of tax for tablet

I am planning to send tablet from abroad for friend with the price tag of 250-400 USD. What will be the tax payable at airport as my friend will take it with him when returning Pakistan? I have seen taxes for phones but not able to find anything related to tablets.
Or it can be calculated by looking at the price of the phone in the range of 250-400 USD?

Does it have a sim? PTA tax is only liable for the devices with sims. And he's not obliged to pay the duties on the airport.

Yes. It has sim. I am aware that devices without sim are free from tax.
