indeed SHP9500 present great value for money.
Would you recommend a lower-end amp with it? I saw a FiiO A3 for 6,500 PKR. It has pretty good reviews on head-fi.

I currently have Crossfade LPs, SHP9500s and Mi Hybrid Pro HDs. All these are driven by either my laptop, my PC (Maximus VI Hero) or my Note 4 with Viper4Android that I have disabled because I like Poweramp.

I think you really don't need, as you have pretty efficient headphones, and Fiio A3 is pretty good, as I saw it's detailed review on Zreview on YouTube it can even power Senheiser HD 600 or Fostex MK3 which is pretty hard to drive.

On the hand I would suggest you to sell your VModa Crossfade and get a better closed headphone like VModa M100 or Audio Technica M50x or Sony MDR1A etc

And if somehow your still inclined towards getting a headphones Amp then look at Fiio A1 which is cheaper then A3 and you can save some money for investments.

I think Pg would be the best platform as you'll find some Audiophiles or enthusiastic people around here. But you should also post an advertisement on Olx as well as on Facebook buying and selling groups like Isloo buying and selling or even in Pakistani Gamers groups etc, as these groups posses thousand of members, and perhaps you may find some interested guys there...

As for the price well... I think it is retailing around 150$ mark (excluding shipping & custom etc charges)... so you demand perhaps around 12K as most people aren't that much into Earphone or headphones qualities like Bass, Mids, High, low, impedance, frequency, comfort, open or closed etc things.

People here in Pakistan expect and think a cheap 500 or 1000 rupees wala headphones to sounds like a Senheiser HD 600 or other expensive pair of headphones. And their is no much differences in sound quality etc. So 12K demand (even at loss) would be justified here.

On the contrary if you like the headphones and it fits your taste and preferences of music and most importantly it is comfortable (despite having some negatives reviews online) then by all means stick with it bro.

I love the bass, but it's not what you'd call 'comfortable'. It's too strong, and playing around with equalizers all day isn't my favorite pastime. Also, the stock earpads don't fully surround my ear. They sit partially on top of them.

Which closed headphone would you recommend in this budget? HD598cs? I'd prefer something well-built, and ofc sound good.

Well I have Sony MDR 1A closed headphones for myself. It doesn't need much or any amplification to drive with a smartphone or my Pc with standard Intel 3rd gen motherboard.

And it has awesome Bass but not muddy, overbearing or over emphasized like thoses Beats Headphones... It is great for pleasure and fun listening but perhaps it is not meant for critical listening or studio monitoring.

It is light weight and it's Pads are super comfortable to wear for long listening hours and even Zreview once defined it's comfort as "Having a pair of expensive Italian leather jackets laying around in bath tub and you just jump into it".

It Noise isolation is just perfect as well. And it's driver has open mesh design. Your ear is so close to driver but it is not uncomfortable.

But it price usually retails between 200 to 300$ on Amazon and it has even a newer version with built in wireless Bluetooth support.

You should look at HM5 pads for your headphones perhaps as it is super comfortable ear pads. While Sennheiser HD 598 CS hasn't got any real good reviews. But you should also consider Sennheiser Momentum 2 which are also awesome closed back headphones.

I think you should look at getting either a:
1 Audio Techinca M40x or M50x

2 Beyer Dynamic DT770

3 Monoprice M560 (planar magnetic headphone under 200$)

4 Sony MDR 1A

5 Sennheiser Momentum 2.0

6 Audio Technica MSR7

7 VModa M100

And avoid Bose and Beats overrated Headphones.

A relative is looking for a headphone in the range of 30-40K. It should preferably be wireless and available in Pakistan. They looked at Bose QC35 here in Lahore but I asked them to hold out so I could find them something better in this range. Please help

If I was looking for wireless headphones in that price range then I would have preferred to import Sennheiser PXC 550 from Amazon instead of buying Bose QC35 (although I'm pretty sure that instead of buying wireless headphones for 30k-40k I would have ended up buying Monolith M1060 instead :$).

Check out PG Other items (in market place) today I saw a reputable PG member posting a VModa Crossfade Wireless headphones, it has pretty good reviews online. And I think he asking for 30K for them. Maybe You should contact him and try to fork out a deal, if it suits you.

In Pakistan n 30-40k
If u can find a QC35 in this range in Pakistan, grab it ... It's impossible to find such thing in such price
Other option is Sennheiser as mentioned by Nomad or Sennheiser Momentum wireless
But in Pakistan, be ready to pay 20 to 25k premium from shops on US prices ... Not advisable to buy locally
