Halo Legends, has anyone seen it?

Downloaded a torrent today that had all of the episodes and i must say i was surprised just how good they were! For those who've read Fall of Reach, you have to checkout the episode called "The Package" http://www.nwanime.com/a/watch/e69bdf79951a85b5ad1b/

im looking forward to more of this! anyone else seen it yet? when are the new episodes comin out?

i saw them one by one as they came out on xbox live but ur better off downloading the dvd rip torrent tht has them in sequence
and thats all there is, only 8 episodes im afraid but very well done

well i thought it was pretty amazing!! discounting the usual anime stuff like that spartan called "1337" who slips off a pelican and finds dinosaurs (W.T.F.) i thought the cortana monologue was a pretty good summary of the halo back story, the arbiter episode (with the current arbiter) was also good.

i guess this is a halo fan's point of view, id give it a solid 4/5 overall!

^ Not really....But it has aloot of back story to the Halo fiction....Most of them can be found in the Novels though.

Edit: I have not seen all of the episodes of the anime, so there may be a few episodes that might relate to one of the games' story.

as for the package ..... in the end when halsey says " dont make a girl a promise if you know you cant keep it" HOLY EFFIN AWESOME cortana at high charity, kinda gives you a whole new perspective on Halo 3 and why cheif was so desperate to get cortana back.

You're right, i wasn't...Until i heard about "The Package" episode i wasn't really interested in watching the anime cause i hate anime in general.

Watched the Blu-ray rip. Pretty good in general. Though the "Odd one out" was pretty lame with 1337 landing on a planet with Dinosaurs and fighting a huge ape sent by one of the prophets.

The last one "The Package" was pretty good. I mean anything with Spartans is worth the hassle. "The Duel" was also pretty good. Gave an insight into the Elite.

But I guess my dislike for animes in general sorta dampened the experience. I mean what's the Japanese fascination with girls. Half the main characters were girls. And the men were all girly looking with spiked hair. I mean seriously, Marines, all marines have buzz cuts.

But a good watch none the less. 8.5/10.

The first two episodes narrated by Cortona give a newbie the whole insight into the Halo Universe. From the Forerunners to the alliance of humans and aliens to fight the flood.

yeah, ive read the novel around two years ago and listened to it as an audiobook last month so i know what youre talking about but theres still no romance in there
