you can buy from khi locally , there are so many sellers who sell original , its only problem for the cities like me jahan kuch hota hi ni he tu bina dekhy deal krny k dar se online lena pary , but if you can go in market and you can easily check that supplement is fake or original

fake packs wont be plastic warped , fake wont be sealed under the the lid/cap of jar , fake packs wont have extra information mentioned or mentioned correctly like protien ratio and servings and scoop sizes , manufacturing expiry and stuff....

Guys ive been working out for last 7 months ive very nice back with mass and cuts but the problem is rest of my body looks not even close to the Real gym guys, by gym guys i mean like white people we see on youtube, is it because of my diet? I havent used Whey or any other supplements+I eat Fresh Cream in the morning and by the morning i mean "11am" yeah i wake up late

lower belly wont flat with any supplement , you are talking about fats actually you should do abs workout , supps are fine but you must train abs for the belly reshapping

Hands and fingers shivering, cant hold cellphine still diifficult to tale pics.

I felt tis shivering symptons 4.5 months before when i was doing intense and heavy arms training and front shoulders delts.

Ihavent done any workout since ramzan and need to start that again.
