Guys, I need help with my diet. I am not looking to lose weight, in fact, I am trying to gain and build some muscles (abs) and reduce my body fat. Currently, I weigh 72 Kgs and workout 4-5 days a week.
I don't count my calorie intake or anything, I just try and eat healthy stuff (cottage cheese, boiled chicken, eggs, tuna, fruit, etc) and leave the other stuff for cheat days.I feel like there is much more room for improvement. Please share your meal plans, etc.
