Ok so I have a question.

I've heard/read that you gain weight when you eat above your daily calorie limit. Its something like 2000 or 2500 kcal, right?

So suppose, I eat the following in a day.

a. 1 Mighty Zinger = ~ 500 kCal.
b. 3 chocolate bar = ~ 300 kCal.
c. 1 Soda = ~ 150 kCal

Total = 950.

And lets suppose that this is all I eat during a day. Will I gain weight, will I maintain, or will I lose?

Is this the way weight gain/loss works?
Wrong stats.
500 kCal= 500000 calories. It will take the average person around 250 days to consume that many.


Mighty Zinger is around 1000 calories. Calories in KFC Mighty Zinger - Nutrition Facts & Other Nutritional Information | LIVESTRONG.COM

One Snickers bar has around 250-300 calories.

One coke can is around 150 calories.

So if you eat a mighty zinger, 3 snickers and a coke that is about 2000 calories. It might be enough (small height/build and low muscle mass) for you to lose weight slowly but the macros of this meal are pretty bad. The fat and carbohydrate %s are pretty high compared to the protein %

Please recomend me some abdominal exersises.. Its normal in looks just wanted to get in shape....
I'll assume you know that abdominal exercises are not going to lower your fat, they're just going to make your muscles stronger, and if you already have low fat, then and only then will the results show physically.

I recommend this amazing abs routine called Ab Ripper X; it's extremely intense but it had done wonders for the abdominal area. I've put on a bit of fat atm, but back in the day, when my diet was in control, this really made my abs prominent, and I had something close to a 4-pack. Find it on torrents. It's part of a routine called P90x.

Only one way to lose fat, wherever it is on your body. Burn more calories than you eat in a day.
Burn more calories = Jogging/Running
Take in less calories = Diet

Combine the two for the fastest effect. Look up HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Basically it's a type of running program, where you run for 30 seconds, then walk for 30 seconds; then run 30, rinse lather repeat. After 6 or 7 rounds of it, you'll feel like your legs cant walk anymore. It's really intense but burns a stupendous amount of calories in just 10-15 mins a day. Personal trainers all around the world recommend it; because in just 10-15 minutes of HIIT, you can burn more calories than 30 minutes of light jogging.

ok guys i have this question. I am doing arm exercises (bi-ceps, tri-ceps,etc) and butterfly at gym. I want to burn my fats which are on my tummy, are these exercise enough for the fats? Or should i start abs exercise to burn them? I asked my trainer, hes such a feather-brained, he told me to stick with this exercise and when my body will get shape, the fats would burn automatically. What are your views? What should i do??

Nop, arm exercises will grow your arms; butterfly will grow your chest, diet and cardio will burn your fat.

can i increase my arms and chest size , and at the same time decrease my tummy? my tummy is not that big (height 5.6 and tummy 32) but i would like to bring it 30 and shape it ; any suggestions from pg builders????

Crunches and their modified forms all with carefully planned sets and reps can make for a good whole abs workout. I use workouts from the internet or sometimes consult with the other guys whenever I hit the gym.

and follow them exactly u will see reallly gud progress in a month or so

^ nice abs :)

Guy any way to increase Arm size faster ?? my arm unflex is 11.5" and flex 13" ..... I want 15" on flex :) have only made half inch flex in 2 months :(

and how to do arm work out ,, I do both bi and tri one day ??? is it ok ??
