I've put on a bit of fat atm, but back in the day, when my diet was in control, this really made my abs prominent, and I had something close to a 4-pack. Find it on torrents. Only one way to lose fat, wherever it is on your body. Burn more calories than you eat in a day.
Burn more calories = Jogging/Running
Take in less calories = Diet
Combine the two for the fastest effect. Look up HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Basically it's a type of running program, where you run for 30 seconds, then walk for 30 seconds; then run 30, rinse lather repeat. After 6 or 7 rounds of it, you'll feel like your legs cant walk anymore. It's really intense but burns a stupendous amount of calories in just 10-15 mins a day. Personal trainers all around the world recommend it; because in just 10-15 minutes of HIIT, you can burn more calories than 30 minutes of light jogging.
ok guys i have this question. I am doing arm exercises (bi-ceps, tri-ceps,etc) and butterfly at gym. I want to burn my fats which are on my tummy, are these exercise enough for the fats? Or should i start abs exercise to burn them? I asked my trainer, hes such a feather-brained, he told me to stick with this exercise and when my body will get shape, the fats would burn automatically. What are your views? What should i do??

Crunches and their modified forms all with carefully planned sets and reps can make for a good whole abs workout. I use workouts from the internet or sometimes consult with the other guys whenever I hit the gym.
