NINTENDO Guy Loses 9lbs Playing Nintendo Wii

Ever since the Wii came out, we've wondered if you could lose weight by playing it. Apparently, you can:

• Six weeks ago, I began what has become a huge obsession of mine. It is called the "Wii Sports Experiment" (Read my original announcement of this from Early December '06). I outlined a 6 week game plan for myself, the idea being that I would continue ALL normal activity and eating habits, and simply add 30 minutes of Wii Sports to my day. For the past month and a half, I've stuck to these guidelines very strictly.

sucks ..this guy could've worked out for 6 weeks ..he could've lost 10+ pounds ..i.e. if he worked out 4 hrs a day ..i guess he played Ninty sports more than 4 hrs a day anyway ..no time to read the link

This just so how big of losers some peopel are that thy need video games to do excercise. Now in america thism ay be apealing to yuonger kids but a fiull grown man yaar he should a just gone to the gym !

if we can 'spend' 2,3 hours in gym daily ..why shudn't those overly big ..fatty jerks do the same ..gaming is for fun ..shudn't be used as therapy for some miserable self-induced diseases

You never have 2-3 hours time when you grow up, thats why wii is gud, you have fun and you get slim! Doing two things at once, saves time!

you DO have 2,3 hrs on weekends .. so if you work out 2 hrs max on weekends ..thats 6 hrs .. + 1 hr dailiy .. thats 6+4 .. 10 Hrs a week .. enough to stay smart and fit like me

and btw .. if by being grown up you mean being old ..than i guess you are talking to some one who's 20 already .. plus who is as much busy as a regular person ..ore may be mroe ... studies .
