Something to remember, of course, is that these tests were performed on a 240Hz display. There's additional input lag due to the PS5's 60Hz output being sent to at 240Hz display (same goes for PC @ 60Hz). On a 60Hz display, this would not be an issue. All displays used at EVO/CEO support a max refresh rate of 60Hz
It is a problem on my 120Hz display, however (until Sony adds system wide 120Hz support or ASW adds an internal 120Hz mode to the game
