Dear Friends I believe it is one of the common issues these days that somehow smart phones are either lost or stolen. I have been a victim recently. The next thing comes to our mind to track it or Block it and also unfortunately we lose our contacts and data too......

While it came to me i got to know some good details to know about my stolen IMEI and Contact details. Here is the thing

Alternate link

https://accounts.google.com/Service...B&sarp=1&passwdsession=true&osid=1&authuser=0

Click above this link and enter the same username and password which was linked to ur stolen or existing android phone.

In the next page u will find all the android phones u ever linked with ur account alongwith all the IMEI or MDEI ( for US LTE ). Alongwith all the Contacts u saved in ur cell and Location services which will tell u where it was the last time using Google Maps. U can also access ur Google Drive Data. This method saved my time and the great Jshak helped me afterwards.

Dear Mods if u feel its really helpful then kindly make it sticky

How is it a news?

It's Google Drive. Microsoft's cloud service is now called One Drive (formerly known as SkyDrive).

I think if it gets stolen, they wipe it out and once your id doesnt stays on the phone it wont be tracked.

My Xpeira Z2 was stolen at GUN Point on Saturday 8th Nov, and I've been tracking my phone ever since on Sony's Official Site as well as on Google's Device Manager. But unfortunately I'm unable to track my phone on both these sites. If there is another way to track it then please share.

Bro I've already checked what you have recommended but the thing is how can I fetch my data which was available on my cellphone. It's only showing Backup Date and Backup Size on Google's Dashboard along with Network Operator,IMEI, Phone Manufacturer etc.

my phone snatched a month back, i am unable to track my phone at the moment
though i have selected to lock the phone

my question are

1.Will it really lock the phone forever? just like ICloud lock? or this lock is easily unlockable?
2.If the person hve done reset will the lock work or not??
