GPU no display output BIOS pcie slot is not populated

i have this old r7 250x 2gd5 asus amd card which has the issue of no display i checked voltages on it looked fine and chip is hot to touch when i tested it in the motherboard but i am unable to fix the issue of no display and it is not detected in the motherboard pcie slot it says slot is not poplulated in the bios

There's nothing you can do. Same thing happened with my GTX 1060. It's a dead weight now.

but whats the reason for no display output and in bios why it says pcie slot is not populated

The message PCIe slot is not populated is just saying that there is no GPU installed on Motherboard right now. I think your GPU is dead that is why the mobo is not recognizing.
