Google Adsense address pin verification letter

How much time will it take to receive letter from google adsense which contains a pin to verify address.
I applied for pin on 10 jan 2013. it is 21 jan and i haven't received it.
this is my 3rd attempt. i never received in previous attempts within 2 months.
i changed address this time.
i am in islamabad, pakistan.

I recieved mine after 6 months You may email them and tell the issue, they will send you alternative pin verification code by email.

I will wait for 6 weeks maximum. Then i will take some steps. I have 350 plus dollars pending on my adsense account. Thats why i am so worried.
