Good place to celebrate baby's first birthday in Islamabad

It would be great to celebrate your toddler's first birthday is a good place outside of your home, but I would recommend just make your own party venue in your home with a few of your relatives or friends just to make sure that you all including your baby to be safe during this pandemic. Just my 2 cents.
