The game opens up a lot of stuff to explore initially. I must have played for at least 5 hours and all i did was complete side quests, find new places, and clear enemy territories, which is pretty fun at this point. The game looks pretty and thankfully there's no frame rate and pop in issues worth mentioning.
One of the best performing open-world games on the consoles. A shame the PS4 Pro's "FPS" mode is just a hard 30 FPS lock and not unlocked like inFamous.
93% on base PS4 would be in the line of Ass Origins or Fallout 4 levels of performance. Far from being one of the best performers. Base version definitely needs a patch or two.
OK, I'm forcing myself to put exploration to the side and continuing story missions because apparently one of the biggest game play things (The Ghost Stance) doesn't get unlocked until you get to a certain point.
Honestly, I don't know if I'll have it in me to play another massive open-world game for a while after playing this. For all intents and purposes, this feels like it'll be as big as AC Origins, if not Odyssey.
Finally progressing through the main story and putting exploration and some side quests on hold. Also finally getting the hang of switching stances mid battle for different types of enemies. Need to get used to parrying more.
Only thing I need to get a hang of more is the sub-weapon switching (bow, wind chimes, black powder bomb etc).
no idea how that is a steal by wasting 3500 rupees per month and for games that are removed before you can finish them off.xbox gamepass is garbage with no local prices

Just finished Diablo 4 season in hurry to play Fallout 4 but gamepass released another banger in the form of Star Wars on April 25th. Gamepass is a steal man.
Is it just me or people lately seem to defend every bad game design decision made by the devs and try to give bullshit reasons for that? Or perhaps it's because I'm on reddit and discord
