Yeah this seems like a real bad oversight, for something trying really hard to do authentic Japanese, they should at least hire a few competent translators instead of relying on machine translation.

lol google translation is kinda effed up. i once did an english to french translate and my cousin who is in paris said that the words translated are fine but the complete sentence doesn't make sense.
I hope it's less like Witcher 3 and more like Breath of the Wild.

The game map that we saw in the last gameplay reveal was very akin to W3 though with alot of "?" along the way. If the exploration is indeed as organic as BOTW then I'm already sold. Although it seems unlikely to be as open / organic as BOTW.

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
