Getting high ping in Rainbow Six seige

So, i just bought rainbow six seige and i am getting 188 ping on seas. I have tried changing the Data centers but on most servers i am getting 200 ping.
I am getting fine ping in other games like in dota 2 i am getting 110 ping on seas or 60-100 ping on csgo.
After that i asked on the facebook page "Pakistani Pc Gamers" and they all said that they are getting 90-100.

So, is there any way to fix this cuz i really do want to play R6s

As you can see, I am getting 130 ping on sea, eu west and eu north. While in R6 i am getting 200 on all of these

    I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.
