gud for him was wasted at pool
True that. I am concerned though regarding Rodger's plans. What is he trying to do? He needs to splash some cash on top talent. The likes of Fabio Borini will do us little good. As much as I hate to say this, Liverpool might not improve on last season's performance. And if Man United need to contend for the title, they too are gonna have to spend a bit more, especially on well established players.

well cause of euro and then olympics transfer market is quite slow this season , liverpool finished so bad last season , and there owners are clever they know they can't let rodgers splash much cash all they would want him to take the squad of last season which was not that much bad as compare to there position and take club into top 5 position .

As far man utd they likely to sign 1-2 players before start of season .

liverpool splashed cash last year as well.... didn't help them all that much.... i don't think the plan this year would be to buy again.... i think rodgers was hired to make do with the situation which he did incredibly well at swansea (was it?).... let's face it, pool's form last year was in no way reflected on the players they have.... the team just played poorly

Liverpool have made a concrete 16m euro bid for Gaston Ramirez.

AC Milan are looking serious to bring back Kaka from Madrid it's just the salary which is being an issue for Silvio.

Just after Downing scored in the qualifiers.

UEFA are to investigate spot fixing allegations against FC Gomel after Stewart Downing scored against them yesterday.

last year only.... the year before that, he was the top scorer, which hardly counts as a wasted year.... no decent offers uptil now
amidst forgoing financial crisis united really need to offload and this guy with age 31, injury prone, who is not being chosen for starting XI and it's been a while now. What do you think the best united would get for him?

Karachi.
Berba said recently that despite media saying that 10 million is the price, he asked Fergie and Fergie said that the most clubs are offering for him is 5 million.

If Fergie could get a decent striker, then he should be offloaded since his talent and the club's money is being wasted :(

de rossi for 20m? impossible... didn't he just sign a long-term contract this year? and he's already the most highly paid player in the seria a so it's not like money is a huge motivation.....

berba injury prone?? no way in hell.. he only got this one injury this year in the past 3 years or so.... we can easily get around 10m for him in this market... he's still an incredible player with a lot to offer to any team

With likes of West Ham and ACM linked with transfer of Berba i don't think they will spend around 10M for a benchwarmer pleading to escape from this prison cell. Same lookalike case of RVP and the club problems.

City should pursue this guy 20M ain't bad for 29yr old might they will negotiate around 30M coupled with increase in wages. We both know this guy is capable of doing wonders but the only thing which matters will he leave Roma (as a club they might not turn down a decent offer but the emotional bond with fans there will matter for the player and EPL switch on the contrary is an another issue. Italian superplayers switching to EPL *you can count them on your fingers

oh my god...this is such a retarded off-topic post...it is not funny...

Seriously though, reading the past couple of pages, I am disappointed with how Man Utd fans behave. They claim to be "All respectful" and more blah blah, but to think that they have labelled Suarez as a racist even after he has paid his debts...sad and retarded.

Man Utd this summer have been awful with transfers. They brought in Kagawa and if any United fan here thinks they are going to win the EPL. Guess what folks? Arsenal, Chelsea have all pulled off some really good deals and City is just as strong as ever, infact, expect them to be stronger as they come off the back of winning their first title in so many years.

P.S Discussion days here are over.

Your new name is Nightard!

So, i was discussing this with my worried colleague at office who is a die hard united fan (loyal fan of footy i must say) who does praises Zidane, Xavi, Pirlo, Iniesta, Messi, Fenomeno and the likes over you know who ;)

said this years CL will be the toughest nut to crack but still theres a chance to win the EPL which no one in his sane mind will disagree are getting slim. As chelsea has emerged from hiring mercenaries to buy REAL talented youth, i'm expecting much from torres this time as he is highly motivated and with exit of Drogba. Chelsea is looking forward to this guy to play an important role.

Arsenal fans should be proud of wenger now :D ronay dhonay waley din khatam. baba ji candies le aye club aur RVP ka scene bhi thanda hogia.

City should get rid of their defense as there is no backup and players like Adam Johnson, Nasri and Dzeko on bench that's pretty insane. Balotelli super mode mein aana chahiye is baar Germany wali form . Mancini should free Tevez and Dzeko and buy a decent CDM and backup CBs.

Discussion days are not over.

Sao Paulo sports director Adalberto Baptista on Moura :

"Interest from Manchester City? We are not aware of it and we have not had contact with them. An offer of €25million for Lucas from Inter Milan? We have not received written offers from Inter and that figure should not be enough, since we have already refused an official offer of €32million for our player."

KISKA DIMAGH KHARAB HUA HAI 32M ki OFFER! TAUBA!
