I suppose Arya wore the face of a wight and jumped the Night King, I still thought it was a bit anti-climatic since how much hype was created around the NK and White Walkers as a whole.

Lady Mormont was the hero of this episode. That girl was insanely badass, so sad to see her go.

Special mention to Ser Jorah of house friendzoned. Bastard has some will to keep fighting after so many injuries, kinda reminded me of Boromir from LOTR

I do hope Jon's dragon is still alive and hopefully everyone important knows about his parentage.

Blue eyes could have 2 meanings.

1. While the notion of Arya taking over a white walker's face is ridiculous (because for that Arya would have had to kill one, which would cause a huge chunk of NK's army to die suddenly and it would be noticed immediately. So, I took that scene to mean that she took the face of a regular wight (recall that there are lines of regular wights standing around the area with the WW's as well. The scene with the white walker's hair moving in the wind and him turning his face looked like Arya stealthing past him but him not noticing her before it's too late.

2. Danerys has blue (ish ?) eyes. And the previews show she's becoming kinda overconfident after the NK fight. Would be a great turn if she is the final antagonist. Madness runs in their family after all.

I also read another theory that Bran/3 eyed raven is the actual big bad and NK is just some kind of a cosmic balancer. Now that he is done, the 3 eyed raven is free to start his evil scheming.

I don't think they'll let Dany be evil. Considering how twisty the journey has been so far, I think the show has one more huge plot twist to throw our way.

Bran/3 eyed raven were warging the entire episode, and nothing has been shown of it so far. It would be some next level shit if Bran turns out to be an evil being

I'm really stoked on what's coming next, particularly in regards to King's Landing cause back in S1 or S2 she saw a vision of the Iron Throne with snow falling around it and a shadow of the Dragon hovering above King's Landing. I initially thought the NK would decimate King's Landing and bring the remaining troops over to Winterfell but now I do wonder what that bit about snow falling on the Iron Throne was.

Also, is it me or anyone else bothered about the fact that we know next to nothing about the NK & White Walkers in general. Even less about Bran/3ER

How few casualties they suffered and not many important characters were killed off. That is not how George RR martin usually works. Still loved it though.

Walder Frey had brown eyes. NK had blue eyes. So according to Melisendra, she's yet to kill someone with green eyes. Cersei has green(ish) eyes. It's highly likely that Arya will kill Cersei.

Agreed. She literally grew up in front of us as a kid. It was totally unnecessary and purely done for shock value.

Now that i have seen it, just can't unsee it. I didn't realize she was actually 22 until i googled her age, she kinda looks small but that may be because of her height.

If anyone deserves some genuine love making after being treated like shit all this time its m'lady Sansa :$

I believe they dropped enough hints throughout the episode but like the directors mentioned in the making video, the great thing about an episode with lots of important characters is that you keep fearing the worst for so many and any one of those characters could prove to be the savior. That's where this one shined. Jon saving the day may not have been as enjoyable after all.

I'm glad it wasn't Jon Snow. NK is way too powerful to be taken head on in a dragged out sword fight.

Jon is a great warrior with good intentions that's it. Recall how far back Jon was to the NK before NK was alerted of his presence. No one has willingly gotten that close to the NK without him knowing. Mad respect for Theon though lol

Even a faceless killer Arya almost got killed. The direction of that scene could've been better because people are rightly criticizing
'how can she be so stealthy suddenly', but Arya being the one to do it was ultilmately a good decision imo.

It was also fitting that it was in the exact same spoy where Bran gave that dagger to Arya in season 7. And Sam also read about the dagger in the Citadel Library.

Yup that makes a bit more sense but i was kinda expecting a bit of an encounter between the two. A lot of people are pissed about how the night king got killed and i can understand that because of the sudden nature of the attack and how arya got there in the first place. Anyways i am glad it was a stark who got him in the end

Unfortunately I wanted Bran to be the Hero Reason:

The whole episode he was warging and I was keep wondering where the hell is he warging. I hope they explain some stuff from this episode in next one.

I was really disappointed by Bran just sitting cozy and staring at everyone. Even a suicidal explosion Hector Salamanca style would've been awesome lol

Night King ended rather quickly. I think the writers had a valid reasoning behind that. Nobody could possible beat Night King in a square fight. Therefore, he had to be sneaked like that

I would've still preferred the battle of the Winterfell to be divided into two episodes. However they also need to cover the King's landing now with only 3 eps left.

Not just you man. I used to be crazy for it, but I'm not feeling this season at all. Specially now that every casual watches like it's FRIENDS or something, just killed the appeal even more. It's like they're writing this show to appeal to the mainstream audience with their happy endings and all.

But still man... one of the best TV shows ruined in one season, and that too the final one.

Let's hope the last 2 episodes do something special, something interesting. The characters have become so bland and somewhat predictable.
