Leaving that notice around is the same kind of Pakistani thing that is followed by most modern companies of our country. Just like how today after integrating a prolific Pakistani payment gateway for international payments in my e-store, I discovered that it shows prices in only PKR to the foreign customers! Their response: Yes, it will show the amount in PKR, it has to be PKR
