A reddit leaker is throwing out leaks. The biggest take-away is that the game is now a 2 parter (instead of 3) and first part will release this year, release date at the SE conference at E3.

Let's see. Hoping I get to play this in my lifetime.

Not a full-on conference, but a live broadcast and they're going to do it on the time-slot Sony would have used if they were still at E3.

Gamespot accidentally put up an early article with the game's release info. "Winter is coming".

But the article was incomplete and did not have a release date. There is a Square Enix concert tonight, the article says the release date was announced at the concert.

So, first part is 2 blu rays. But we don't know how many parts the FFVII saga total will be.

Crazy thing is, the only other 2 bluray disc game I can think of is RDR2. How much did they expand Midgar lol.

Probably has a lot of CGI cutscenes too.

Still not happy about paying $60 for part 1, but oh well.

This looks pretty darn amazing. I haven't truly played any FF game except Crisis Core: FFVII on PSP, which seems to be similar to FFVII of course but I don't know to what degree.
