Please don't get fiberlink. You'll regret! My cousin ordered a new connection on 22 July 2020. They promised connection deployment in 12 days. It's been 45 days and he's still waiting, it's everyday fight at the office. They are not even giving a refund. He paid 3 months advance package. Yesterday a guy from fiberlink came with 10 old, faulty ONT Boxes and none of them worked. They don't have new ONT boxes in stock and installing old, faulty boxes with new connections. Customer service is dead. Helpline is down most of the time. Everytime you go to their office, they'll say, give us 2 more days and the day never comes.

They are so lazy they don't even update their website. Their plans have changed a long time ago. Now their packages are completely different from the ones mentioned on their website.
