Has anyone gotten this connection in Rawalpindi?

Deposit my Connection fee on 23 March 2018, and after end less communication with their so called Customer Support WattsApp number, condition is still same, My connection is not deployed in Hyderabad. I work in karachi and i cannot visit to their office because of my tough schedule. I do not know what to do, i am really disappointed.

Try visiting thier Karachi office if you can't go to Hyderabad.

Its available in my area now, and they said to me that the installation charges must be paid in first bill. So if i order a connection and it gets deployed. Then the first bill will contain installation charges?

You have to pay it upfront at the time of order.
Both installation charges and first month bill.
