Internet is down for me since 2 hours in Johar Town, Lahore. Lights are stable. I think rain might have caused the main line to disconnect or something.

I'm in Karachi. Installation time: ~3 Months. Installed since 1 month. No issues Alhumdulillah/Ma Shaa Allah. Worth the wait to be honest.

I'm really skeptical about these packages. 500mbps in day and 1gbps at night? Even the UK doesn't have internet this fast in most of the country.
You have all the right to be 'cause those packages are phony. The speed the packages claim will only show up on speedtest on local servers only. The moment you run a speedtest on an international server, you will see the actual speeds you are getting which are not even close to the promised speed.
anyone know how to expediate connection installation? I applied and payed for a connection on 3rd March but still no update from their end. I tried their whatsapp number and they just keep on saying this week or that. I am in F.b area block 4.

Fiber link getting worst then PTCL >> from fiber link user since last 4 years
I converted from ptcl to fiber link first of all it took them to install internet at my place after 6 months so the ppl who have just applied to fiber link must have to wait a bit, secondly their support ppl are clueless they dont know how to handle customers who are paying them , third their downtime is increasing day by day even today when i am doing this post i got disconnected like 5-6 times and if you guys play DOTA2 then get ready for LP at least twice or thrice a week yes its true and since last one month i am on wattsapp with their support guys all the time complaining so please please dont waste your money go for storm fiber or fiber optix.

well yes they were good when launched but now sorry to say their service their support is worst then PTCL , downtime increased
Nope not yet, they keep on saying we are having some technical issues so will take time.
We have disabled traderscore and are working on a fix. There was a bug with the plugin | Click for Discord

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
