Few questions regarding Ping and routes.

Hello, I am new here so if anything goes against the rules I am sorry.

First of all I am not here to say "How to fix ping". My questions are regarding the routes of PTCL servers to the game servers (In my case PUBGM Servers). A few weeks ago my ping was fine on both asia as well as on europe. As it is, PTCL suddenly changed those routes and now I have same ping on europe but 300 ping on Asia. My questions is can I manually request for this to be changed around my area or is this for everyone in Pakistan? If I can request this change for my area how do I do so?

Unfortunately not. Route changes are completely unannounced with PTCL, and they can switch back and forth between optimised routes and random high latency routes whenever.

You can't request for them to be changed since none of the customer support guys are technical enough to know what you're talking about and PTCLs technical department refuses to interact with the public for issues like this so you're pretty much stuck until they return to using the previous route.

I understand... Is this specific to a certain region or as a whole? I will go to PTCL exchange and ask there if it comes to that.
