I heard that Jazz is the only carrier to provide esim.....can someone explain how esim works and if anyone has tried it?

I have a Pixel 3 and I heard that it supports esim.....anyone here tried it?

Hi I have tried it. It is true, currently only Jazz is providing eSIM and it works fine.
